For some reason I have taken an affiliation to birds and I rather like peacocks. Probably for their colour and beauty of their feathers. Being inspired by the bird itself I created this drypoint (oil on watercolour paper). Its kind of like the image with some studies.
Sorry guys the image is small, I dont know why? I have kept the upload file to the recommend size. |

It looks beautiful Chrissy.
I love prints.
I missed out on printmaking at TAFE but I am starting a class at Hazelhurst next year.
I have also seen some nice Art Nouveau drawings of peacocks, they were a common subject for that style of art.

| i really like it also chrissy! it's different to see a peacock in black and white because usually you associate them with lots of colour! very cool tho. |
