Hi there have drawn a complete blank with both of these water colours.....each picture measures 30 inches by 24 inches approximately and were painted in the Tumut area by Judith Roberts.........i also have an oil of australian landscape by the same artist. the colours are exquisite and beautifully executed and signed both on the front and the back by the artist
Have contacted Judith Roberts the potter and yes she used to paint but none of these paintings are her works.
Does anyone have any clues please......any help would be appreciated,

Hi
The water colours are by Judith Roberts from the Roberts Gallery in Canberra - near the Ginnindera School House - I haven't been there for a couple of years, but own quite a few prints of her work - I love it! Her family are artists as well.

jen... the artwork is by Judith Lundstrom-Roberts, she lives in Canberra - Gold Creek Gallery. It was run by the family and was sold in 2005. Her son Wayne Roberts has his own website - http://www.wroberts.com.au/ ( I founf it on google ). Hope this is helpful.
I have some of her work and love her colours and the feel in the paintings. :P |

Hi.
I have just purchased one of Judith Roberts painting it is called, "The Flower Shop" and the seller said she was a well known Canberra artist. It is absolutely stunning. The colours are magnificent. I adore her work although she doesnt seem to be very well known. Ive never known a goggle search to come up with so little options!!!!!!!
