Very nice Gary. I love the first one. Really interesting shapes & it really has a strong impact - very striking. Is that the canvas grain showing through in the gold parts or another texture you've put there?

Thats great news Tobias, Congrats! I hope they sell for you. Do you mind if I asked you how much the works will sell for and there size?
In regards to the works, I would like to see the goldfish painted opaquely but thats only my personal opinion. I do like the outline of the gold fish on the second one. Maybe you could incorp both opaque and outlined fish? I think the reality of teh fish would merge really well with the abstract qualities of the b/g. Very Happy

Thanks for the comments, appreciated!

Redsy, the size of the works are 30cmX30cm as the gallery only wanted a max size of 40cmsq2. The gallery takes 40% commission which is standard for Oslo so im going to sell them to the gallery for 5000kroner which is about $1000 AUS each, so ill make around $600 after commission.

It is actually fire engine red spray paint overlayed on yellow spraypaint which makes it turn a vibrant orange and once i put a clear gloss sealer over the top it makes it stand out more.... Laughing
Im just finalising the works for the exhibition in Oslo, will post them here once i have them all finished...

These are really great! The colours are so rich and vibrant and the composition in both is very exciting. I also love the way the background texture shows through and adds to the visual interest.
I wish you well in your exhibition.
