Hi Denis, how are you ??. Thank you for your reply. I have Never Modelled before. I am not offended by nudity, and i am completely comfortable with my body, Although I have never sat in the middle of a Class/Group Naked before. This will be my first time and I do not know what to expect or how Atrists/Individuals will react. Also i have never had people constately looking at me before. If I am to get eroused, because of the constant looking at me, what do i do ??. Do I stop and leave the Class and return later to the group, or do I continue to hold the (my) pose ??. Also how do Classess and Artists react, when that happens Unintentionally, without control ??.

Could you please also refer me to the network in which you are refering to. Thank you Denis, any advise you can offer me would be appreciated.

Perhaps you should think twice about modelling if you have those thoughts already. You may be there for all the wrong reasons !!!

Chelse, Please forgive me. I have just been asking other artist and models questions on how to be a good life model, and they were some of the questions that came up in the discussion. I am not their for the wrong reasons, I am sorry if i sounded wrongly. As it will be my first time, i am just trying to get all the advise possible to help me be a good model, so artists and students may feel confortable, and i may be good and relaxed in being a good model. I am a social nudist along with my families and friends, As a nudist we have fun in a enjoyable, and comfortable enviroment, but it has never involved people staring at you and drawing you.

Once again, I am sorry chelse, if my message came out wrong, please forgive me, as i was just seeking advice.

Thank You

One piece of advise you may find useful when posing..Avoid direct prolonged eye contact with any artist. Focus between the easels. By all means let your eyes roam, but avoid focusing directly at an artist. Perhaps in your case it may be an idea to allow your mind to have negative thoughts... think of your grandmother or mother in law... I am told thats often as good as a cold shower. If all else fails try placing attention on the same gender artists in the room, if you are aroused by other men looking at you then you have at least discovered something about yourself.

Hi Chelsea. Thank you for you advise, I will do what you have requested. I will be posing soon, so if the worst happens then i will do what you have advised, although i do not think it will come to that because i believe i am very inocent, and have no bad thoughts in my mind.

Chelsea, Thank you for you Advise, it is very much appreciated. Chesea if I may please ask, are you a life model or a artist or both ??.

Thank You

Johnson, I had a female drawing teacher in my first year at the national art school in east sydney. the second week i was there, we had a male model late 40's-early 50's he got aroused and you could tell he was embarrassed, it just happens. The teacher fixed it she got a wooden ruler and wacked his old fella. He walked out and 5mins later he said sorry and got back to work.
So keep a ruler handy Johnson for your Johnson Laughing

Thanks bigbunny2007 Embarassed I will keep that in mind. As Chelsea advised me earlier, I will try not to look directly at the Artists/Individuals whom are drawing me. I think I will be alright, because I practised posing today, I got in front of 7 of my female friends and 5 of my male friends and stood Naked as 5 of my friends drew me and the other 4 of my friends did sculpting and the remaining 3 of my friends painted me. 7 were all arts students and 5 were beginners. I was not aroused or embarrased. I believe that was good practise, nut i will remember to keep a ruler on stand-by thanks to your experience and advise bigbunny2007 Laughing

Thank you bigbunny2007 and Chelsea

Thank you

This sounds very unprofessional and a good way to make an embarressing situation more so! I'm surprised he came back!

I suspect he enjoyed the experience of having his old fella whacked in public.
Most people who whack their old fella's in public get put in goal.
How big was the ruler?

Yes I had the same thought! Still it's unprofessional whether the model likes it or not.
