Hi everyone,

I am trying to figure out what is out there in the way of 3d virtual galleries.
Also what are the pros and cons of exhibiting this way?
I had a look at Second Life virtual world thing. It looks crumy to display art on.

Thanks for your input!

i've had a virtual gallery in Second Life for a year or so now.

Although sales have been good in linden money I havent made much in real sales. I have had a lot of interest in my work though. I have also networked with other artrists worldwide.
My daughter who lives in Paris creates fashion for the avatars and sometimes makes a big salary, some months $3000 AU

Eventually I want to have an installation in a real gallery with my virtual world.
As an artist, I enjoy exploring the world of Second Life and think of it as another outlet for promotion as well as another tool to experiment with.
