 Yep I get excited about every single sale...... And then I use the proceeds to pay the bills, pay back the loans and the credit card and start hanging out for the next one. |

| I will do my best Chrissy. The prospective buyer was true to her word and bought an abstract landscape I have had hanging for about a year. I can't believe it... two in two weeks. Spring fever? |
