Here's some pics of the views from the new house.

Everywhere you look there's trees.
And it is so peacefull and quiet.
Just what the doctor ordered.

Yes fire is a real concern.
The Pool has a special hose...a big thick one....so we can use the pool water to our advantage in case of a bush fire.

I used to be a fire fighter but got tired of burning my fists.

We have insurance of course but like Tango says...you need to have a fire plan so that's what we're going to do.
Be prepared...put oven mitts on.

WOW it looks wonderful

Can Mr Chainsaw and I come up to visit Very Happy

A good pump and sprinkler system would be my first thoughts.

Make sure the pump is under cover and has it's own sprinkler many pumps burned in the fires down here leaving the house without water in the worst of the fires.

Copper pipes and copper sprinklers so they don't melt in the heat !

Still it looks wonderful and very peaceful.

It looks lovely & peaceful Daniel, a great place for a family, birds singing, all the lovely little lizards, skinks, gecko's & frogs, it should be conductive to lots more fantastic paintings. Very Happy

But if he walks down his backyard and heads due north into the bush he will come across Cowan creek , and if he continues along its west side he will reach Bobbin Head marina, and there is sure to be something worth painting there. Very Happy
