Allison. p.s It so annoying trying to get details in!

Your mum is a good subject and I think you have captured her essence. It is such a good exercise to set a time limit. I am about to go to a portrait group which does 20 portrait sketches. I'm hoping it will loosen me up and improve my observation skills. It has been a while since I did pure observation work.
