Here is new newest work, a pastel of a Kookaburra completed last night.

I started it last Wednesday night while teaching and managed to get the background in, then I expanded on that this Wednesday.

With all the elements stating to fall into place I then spent last night refining to bring to completion

Thanks for looking!

I love your work Leigh

I am wondering though, the branch in the first photo seems to have a funny texture, is that the papers texture, or something you have done to it. Possibly it is just he why the photo was taken

Hi girls, thanks for your comments. The textures in the first photo are from the board I work on.
