Just wondering if anyone out there has any recommendations for insurers who do public liability for private kids art classes?
Artworkers Accredited membership provides coverage for 6 workshops a year but we ( well my husband really) is looking at running 3 or 4 a week.
I know I can get coverage for Adult classes through QBE but they won't do primary aged kids, which is my husband's area of expertise.
Any and all suggestions appreciated.
Thanks

I don't know of other insurers for at all let alone at a good price. How about contacting ABAF. I have contacted them about some business related questions (Hence Australian Business Arts Foundation) and they have been awesome with responding and directing me to people. Might take a couple of days to respond, and sometimes they say they will look into it, and they always contact me back with the info. Melinda Martin (QLD) is who I have dealt with.
Give them a go either phone call or email is what I do. Let me know too, who you end up going with as I want to do kids workshops too for more than 6 sessions in a year. (One day in the future ) |
