friend of mine wants to paint a scene on to a drum , its one of those that hangs on the wall
it's pig skin,and stretched tight , so what should she use to (Seal ) and would acrylics stick to the skin
I wouldn't have a clue myself , but I'm sure someone here could help

Ocker, if it's one of these (a bodhran) it's more likely to be goatskin.
In any case I've found the best thing to use on drumskins is waterproof inks. All natural skins expand and contract with the humidity. I would think oils or acrylics would crack and flake.
