Dear Visitors,
I really want to keep this forum completely free for artists to use and self promote themselves all they like ...However for businesses we've had to restrict you from self promoting your websites, products & services unless you have made a financial contribution to ART-search. (Sorry! ...it actually costs alot to keep all this online so you need to support it financially if you wish to use it to promote your business)
So to all the artists... I think you need this free forum that supports you and I want to provide that... you dont have to, but I would like to ask all artists if you could please support Art Forum any way you can and help it grow.

>>Tell your all your friends via email?
>>Make a mention in your art society newseletter?
>>or simply just click on the advertising links to help us pay the bills?
Anything you do will help and benefit us all and art in Australia. I'm not sure if I'm asking a lot or not... but I welcome any comments or feedback...

I too have added a link to artforum and will also add one from our art group's website and put a note in our next newsletter

I have also added a link from my website.
Any artists belonging to organisations, art societies etc should submit Art Forum's details to their Newsletter.
All educators out there, let your students know about Art Forum.

I am still trying to work out HOW to build a website and am arm wrestling with Dreamweaver...

Excuse my internet ignorance but do you get an income if we check out the links on your site?

Re your question, yes and no. Hard to explain really, we only directly make an income if you click on the google links, the other links we provide, the vast majority are free listings so we dont make anything if you click on those... some listings are paid for but on a one off basis only so each click doesn't earn us anything additional but in sense for these yes we do make an income. |
