Clive this is a super drawing! I've been looking at a few of yours and have to say, your backgrounds really draw me in. I use a similar style in my backgrounds, but certainly haven't managed to get to the level of yours yet, I can only hope!

Can sympathise with the making an old dog look younger problem, I did one last year in the same colours as yours but short coated. Same thing, just added a little more sparkle to the eye and took out some of the greys.
