Hi I'm Julie I am a textile artist I work from home as I'm also homeschooling my 13 year Aspergers daughter. I have been doing art all my life and before taking on homeschooling was a secondary art teacher I am looking forward to being part of this forum |

Welcome Julie.
Does a textile artist paint on textiles, or create things that are textiles?
It would be great if you could post some exaples of your work.

| Thank you all for the warm welcome gggraph a textile artist does both I screen print my drawings and designs onto fabric I also dye, sew and manipulate fabric. But mostly I screen print I also like to draw and I paint on canvas a little I will post some work when I figure out how and where to on this site. I am currently also finishing my masters in visual art via distance education |
