| The website was definitly not designed by a professional, the quality of the graphics and the design is terrible! Even if they were real, I wouldn't trust them to be able to pull it off. |

I got some word from the Argentine Embassy in Australia, and here's theire reply so far. I've urged them to continue their mails to me, so i can attach any latest information regarding this Atcultura. Here's their reply:

In regards to your inquiry I found some information about this publication on the ATcultura’s website www.atcultura.com but it is written in Spanish.
I understand your concerns and we will forward your request to the relevant authorities in Argentina. I also suggest you contact the Embassy of Argentine Republic in Jakarta, Indonesia as they represent Argentina in Singapore as well. Please find their contact details below.
