The WetlandCare Australia National Art and Photography Competition, to celebrate World Wetlands Day, is on again for its 3rd year. The theme for the 2010 competition is "Wetlands, Biodiversity and Climate Change", which is also the theme for World Wetlands Day.
The competition has categories in art and photography for children and adults, with some great prizes to be won, including the $1250 Department of Environment, Water Heritage and the Arts Open Art Prize. This is an excellent opportunity to explore your local wetlands and waterways, essential elements of our environment and endless sources of inspiration.
