| Has anyone heard of L.G.McCue, i have a painting purchased at a local market and wish to find out further information on this artist..the painting is a oceanic scene and is signed and has a six digit phone number 471651 presuming its a 60s era phone number..any help would be appreciated. |

My mother was Lola G McCue and an artist in Triggs WA. She painted many ocean scenes and many bush scenes as well. My sister Robyn has many of Mum's paintings. I have some photos and a couple of paintings. If you would like any further info please let me know. Fax your land line number to 08 9303 2547 and I will call you. I will be away for about a week. She and Dad started the Trigg Art Club which is still running. Mum passed away about 5 years ago. She sold many, many, paintings and it seems sad that one ended up in markets. Enjoy the painting as Mum would have wished. She painted for her pleasure as well as others.
