Did I mention that I love dogs?
This is one of the more unusual dogs I've been commissioned to paint. It's an Italian Spinone. I just love doing scruffy animals! C and c welcome.

That is wonderful, you have captured it's expression beautifully.
not many people can resist that look, & they know it. |

This dog does look unusual with the way the grey goes down his nose to neck.
Love the eye |

Thank you everyone.
I often do those blurry neutral backgrounds, it really makes the head stand out. This dogs coat was a very unusual colour.
I painted a dog once whose coat was either white with big black blotches or black with big white blotches. It was hard to tell which. When I asked what the dog's name was the owner replied "Jigsaw" |
