When her mum was pregnant she got a stingray barb through her shoulder whilst swimming. She was very lucky and not only lived to tell the tale but had all her pups normally. The first born was named "Stinger" This is the first part of the painting with the head drawn out and the colours roughly blocked in. All the detail comes next.
