Hey people, Am new to forum and was wondering if there where any goldcoast peeps that had a love off the arts!!!Am a painter through and through and would like to knock out ideas with other painters face to face.Also looking for a space to paint in currently.... Hey marcus, Sadly i haven't painted in a long time... seems as though, when i have the time i'm uninspired! And when i'm enthused, i cant find the time. :S Would be great to knock out some ideas with a fellow artist face to face! Cant help with a space though sorry.. i'm in the same boat. lucidesignz@gmail.com Drop me a line, maybe we could arrange to do a workshop or something.. luke

Like when your driving or in the shower and then you get out and you lose your thought or mojo. Or just life happens and that is enough to lose your mojo.

writerpainter Joined: 17 Feb 2008 Posts: 173 Location: Gold Coast Hinterland	Posted: Sat Sep 25, 2010 11:17 am    Post subject: Re - GoldCoast Artists??? hi there I am a GC painter (and mum and wife and employee and..... busy!lol) and I know what you mean about trying to get together with people and talk about ideas etc. Redbubble Gold Coast group might be a good place to meet people ( I am a group host). there are mainly photographers on there but all nice good people and many keen to get together. I met a friend through artforum which was nice, but I have found that artists tend to be busy folks as a rule. I tried joining the RQAS at broadbeach but didn't really fit in sadly. it is quite clique-y (is that a word?).
