**** Exhibition Opportunity: Brooch - The Subject... IV ****

Calling all artists!....

Entries are now open for Brooch - The Subject... IV - a unique exhibition of small 'wearable' artworks.
Let your creativity run wild and show us what you can do in the field of 2D or 3D 'wearable' art.
Now in its fourth year, this popular show will "tour" from Fitzroy to South Yarra for the first time! So you'll get even more exposure for your artwork!

Entry options: Either make your own 3D brooch (think wearable mini-sculptures) using suitable materials eg: metal, wood, plastic, and objects such as beads, stones, feathers, plastic, wire, found objects, collage, etc - assembled into your own structure - most materials accepted (subject to conditions). Or make your own 2D brooch on the blank Wearable Art Card we'll supply you. Decorate in pen & ink, pencil, pastel, water-colour, gouache, acrylic (again see conditions). We will then laminate & mount a brooch pin on your work/s at no extra charge! Works are to be submitted by Australia Post.

Entry fees - just $5 per work (max 4 entries per person), and your work will be seen at these two venues over a period of 3 months: Fitzroy Library 128 Moor Street, Fitzroy 21 August - 20 October and Toorak/South Yarra Library 340 Toorak Road, South Yarra 3 - 27 November.
NOTE: ENTRY & ARTWORK DEADLINE IS FRIDAY 6 AUGUST.
