I'm actually not sure - since it's your own work. We have a guideline that posts for commercial purposes only are not allowed - it's not clear what applies to selling your own paintings. If you were a Chinese painting factory, I'd delete it in an instant.
On a purely practical note, I should point out that Forum members tend to be art producers, not purchasers.

| Well I gotta say Robert is commercial and very successful and going by my own sales there are a heap of artists who buy other artists work. Whoda thought? LOL |

| I was probably a bit abrupt in my earlier post. BUT, I think there is a difference between self promotion and advertising a particular item that is for sale.... to me that is a strictly commercial endeavour. There have been so many lately that it is becoming irritating. |

Point taken. I thank Robert for his response - we DO have a section called "Art Market", and we DO permit people to advertise gallery openings, exhibitions etc which are also commercial... so I think at worst Robert's broken a rule we haven't told anybody about.
I hope he continues to post examples of his work.
I'm still awaiting a decision from On High
