Hi..Peter here.

I have hand carved a rocking horse for my daughter. Made from oak and pine, primed with a mixture of animal glue and crushed marble and now oil undercoated ready for it top coat. Since i have no painting skill at all i need help.

The horse is important to me, it represents many things, the love of a father is high on that list

Please contact me if you Know you can finish my project and paint my daughter horse.

I am pretty sure I can get this done for you - how much are you prepared to pay?

Hi Stefan and thank you for the reply. I have viewed your works and i don’t think yours is the style i am seeking. But thank you.

I have not made my request easy so to help i have listed a url showing the type of work i want and a picture of my horse as it is now.

I look forward to hearing from you, or suggestions if you can help me find where i can get help.

I said I can help you - not that I am going to paint one of my works on your horse. Good luck.

It is the type of work I do in my other business, but I live too far away!
If I hear of anyone online through my other blog, that may be able to help I will pass on your details.
If all else fails and you cant find anyone, I may be able to guide you through painting it yourself.

Hi Daniel....I have been approached by an artist who is a air brush artist. He proposes to do the work and then have it epoxy sprayed. He has quoted a price of $480.00 for the job with a small deposit first up and the balance to be paid once the work is complete and i am happy.
I have vied his work and it looks good and so i think i may go with it.
Your view ? any comments any one?

I am an ex spraypainter. It sounds like the right thing to do.
2 pack clear is very long lasting.
