DRG, a leading independent distributor of content in the UK, has just signed a development deal for "Blowout," the winning entry of Filmaka's Hard Times competition from members Michael Kinney and Max Herholz. Now with partner CBC, Canada's national public broadcaster, DRG is offering filmakas the opportunity to share their ideas for a reality or game show. Can you create the next Who Wants To Be A Millionaire or Dancing With The Stars? Then draw up a pitch with visual aids and upload it to us by 24:00 hours, JANUARY 24, 2010. Up to five will be chosen to receive $2,500 (USD) each to film 15 minute pilot presentations!

How about something like this?
Good evening and welcome to Stake Your Claim.
First this evening we have Mr Norman Voles of
Gravesend who claims he wrote all Shakespeare's
works. Mr Voles, I understand you claim that
you wrote all those plays normally attributed to
Shakespeare?

Voles (Michael Palin): That is correct. I wrote all his plays and my wife and I
wrote his sonnets.

Host: Mr Voles, these plays are known to have been performed in the
early 17th century. How old are you, Mr Voles?

Voles: 43.

Host: Well, how is it possible for you to have written plays
performed over 300 years before you were born?

Voles: Ah well. This is where my claim falls to the ground.

Host: Ah!

Voles: There's no possible way of answering that argument, I'm
afraid. I was only hoping you would not make that particular
point, but I can see you're more than a match for me!

How about instead of 'pimp my ride' and "10 years younger in 10 days"
.... " Get your Bogan on" It could be a total physical makeover, complete with bleached Mullet, and it could combine home decorating.... A car body on the lawn, as standard, and leopard prints on the walls....etc...

There could even be a spin off show about bogans competing for the title of King Bogan.... what about 'Survivor... Bogan camp'
