Solver paints and blending

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone can help me with getting the blending right with solver paints, brite glow acrylics, they are driving me mad. I just can't seem to get the blending right. The mural is out door and 8 meters long by one meter. If anyone has any advice id really appreciate it...going crazy!!!!

You could mix up some mid colour and dab it in with a sponge.
This gives the effect of the paint being sprayed and nice blends can be achieved this way.
You could also combine this technique with some drying retarder in the paint to slow down the drying time.
If a perfect blend was imperitive then you could hire a spray gun and compressor and spray the paint on.
