Well, since I can't seem to find a life drawing group on the south side of Brisbane that has easy access and parking....I'm organising one!
With the support of the Wynnum Manly Arts Council I am starting a life drawing group on Monday nights in Wynnum. Cost will be $10 per person to cover the room and model fee, plus I will supply free cartridge sheets. Casual visits are fine - no need to sign up for the entire term. Group will start in mid July.
I need just a handful of people to get it started. If all goes well I would love to add other groups, events and tuition.

Well thanks Brad....but of course I haven't left myself enough time to organise everything  Typical spontaneous artist type.
The group now postponed to September start if everything can be organised by then. Hopefully will give us enough time. I'll post here when it's all locked in. PM me if you're interested and I'll keep in tough.
In the meantime I think I'll head into Circle gallery to join the life drawing there. |
