Thanks for the feedback guys.
I did this one and all the paintings on my web site with Photoshop.
I made this one by creating two images and layering on on top of another and with the eraser tool I erased the parts to show the effects I wanted to show on the different layers. Then I used an outline filter called Fresco to give the edges an outline and used many color filters to get the colors right. This process is very hit and miss so I'm happy this one turned out well. |

Great lighting and composition, the offset shadows really draw you in
Great choice of colours too- pastels are in!
ps- out of curiosity- did you do a rough sketch on paper first? |

Thanks for the compliments.
It's all digital so I didn't do a paper sketch first. Sometimes I try and picture what it will look like before I start and other times I just experiment. |
