Anything on this artist seems to be as rare as hen's teeth. Ive searched Amazon and the book depository too. Better still, if someone wants to sell their copy that would be great. Cheers

They deal with current in print art books and magazines but if the book you are after is out of print the site lists a couple of other suppliers you could try. http://www.artsbookshop.com.au/index.php Good luck
