| I have recently finished my first mosaic tabletop however the level of the grout (being lower than the tiles) has left some sharp edges. Is it possible to regrout over the top of the existing grout to bring the level up flush with the tiles? |

Yes I would think that is fine. I did a mosaic bathroom in my previous home and regrouted. Love to see a photo Cherl.
I was at Johnson tile outlet in Bayswater yesterday and they had some unusual stone type tiles. Yum |

If you are really worried you could try painting it first with "bondcrete" a product used for making render stick to brickwork.
It will definatly be fine if you do this.

| I have two tables all ready to go ( in other words they are totally grungy) and have been working up to do a mosaic on them for years. (The Great Procrastinator!!). Would love to see what you have done. |

Its actualy pretty easy to do just time consuming, like building a house by yourself which ive done few times. If you realy want to be inspired go to one of your fellow ausie's website www.cutandpastemosaics.com

No, neither of those things are easy to do! You have a rare talent! Mosaics are only easy to do BADLY. You have done them extraordinarily well. You have a natural eye for colour combinations and patterns and composition. Amazing. |
