Have you graduated ? Do you must work in order to continue life? Are you happy when you are working? Are you lost your freedom or yourself after you earn so much money? If most of your anser are YES .Then I think you are not happy now. Right? If you are not happpy ,this emotion will have a bad effect on your life. That is not our wish.
So here I offer some advices according to my owner experience, Hope they can help you:
1. Keep an harmony attitude in your heart.
2.Go out for a travel or sing loudly when you feel presure.
3.Shar with friend and family members.
4.Do some sports,like swimming ,football ,basketball.
5.Have a regular diet and sleeping time.
6.Cultivate your hobbies, it will make you feel valuable.
So ,guys ,that is my personer view,What do you think?
BTW,if you have any good suggestion pls share with us.
Especially some tips for those guies who just graduated from school and first take apart the job. Thanks!
